I originally started PROOF as a way to pay off my student loans a little faster, but it quickly turned into a grand creative endeavor. I’ve always been drawn to mixology, having worked in restaurants and bartended throughout high school, college, and a bit beyond. Anyone who has known me for more than five minutes knows that I am always up for a creative challenge and eager to learn something new. As a lover of cocktails/mocktails and all things visual, I want to share what I have to offer to those who are willing to stop, look, and listen.

As we enter a world dominated by AI and over-dependence on technology, I hope PROOF can be a breath of fresh air for you—a truly tactile break from the algorithm, the scrolling, the disconnect.
